My Mydin Experience

Today, when i on my way home, ttc's paper is out of stock de ... So i msg my bro about that. He said he will settled it. However, he called me back in 15 mins saying that he's tired, ask me to follow up the shortage issue.

So i also accepted and went to Mydin for paper purchases. Took a big trolley @ the wholesale dept. Load paper on that, pay then go thru security checks.

I push my trolley slowly to the car as it's quite heavy. 150 rims of paper anyway. so push it slowly, when i reach my car, got 3 well suited indian guy asked me few question. Can see their tag hanging line with MYDIN, i thought they are mydin employees.

Actually one indian guy holding Iphone took a pict of me putting papers into my car and keep asking me the name of the cashier that help my checkout. How am i supposed to remember their name anyway. So i say "i Don't know." That guy keep saying few names, sort of giving me choice on names. Really, i said i can't rmb or recognize.

Hohoho, he's the marketing director of Mydin and he's curious why am i carrying down so much papers without any help from mydin personnel. Surprise? lol.. The other two guy beside him actually help me load papers into my car even in their suit. I pretty amazed why he's so kind to help me out until i realized he's the marketing director. This shows why he's in that position.

He made a few phonecall to the office and keep asking who supposed to help me push down the trolley and stuff like that. He keep telling of the points and ask me to renew my mydin member card, saying that the points really worth something one... Lol , i know i know, it worth shit la. Few million points to exchange a roll of toilet paper. Really the rewards is not as nice and much as what he described. Just felt like he exaggerated the benefit of the members. Really feel like telling him that the points systems sucks. Haha, i didn't do so, he seems like to promote his system, just don't want to pour cold water over him.

Really, I amazed with his extra effort to help out really;)

Dream

What is your dream? Will you achieve it in your lifetime? I'm certain that you desire to. I'm sure you hope you will. But will you actually do it? What odds would you give yourself? One in five? One in a hundred? One in a Million? How can you tell whether your chances are good or whether your dream will always remain exactly that - a dream? And are you willing to put it to the test?

Most people i know have a dream. In fact, I've asked hundreds, if not thousands, of people about their dream. Some willingly describe it with great detail and enthusiasm. Others are reluctant to talk about it. They seem embarassed to say it out loud. These people have never tested their dream. They don't know if others will laugh at them. They're not sure if they're aiming too high or too low. They don't know if their dream is something they can really achieve or if they're destined to fail.

Take a look at many of the things that people pursue and call dreams in their lives:-
Daydreams - Distractions from current work
Pie-in-the-sky Dreams - Wild ideas with no strategy or basis in Reality
Bad Dreams - Worries that breed fear and paralysis
Idealistic Dreams - The way the world would be if you were in charge

Material Dreams - Belief that wealth or possessions will make you happy.

If these aren't good dreams - valid ones worthy of a person's life - then what are?
Here's my definition of a dream that can be put to the test and pass:-
a dream is an inspiring picture of the future that energizes your mind, will, and emotions, empowering you to do everything you can to achieve it.

Nobody wants to read the small print in dreams. Here are a few of the things you will find:-
1. The Journey will take Longer than you hoped.
2. The Obstacles will be more numerous than you believed.
3. The disappointments will be greater than you expected.
4. The lows will be lower than you imagined.
5. The price will be higher than you anticipated.

I'll share with you once i done verbalizing my dream :)

Malaysia Education System

Still remember the days that we all used to be in a class where a inspector sit behind our class to monitor the performance of the teacher?

Still remember what the teacher ask for our cooperation just for that one particular class?

Is that inspectory system ( sistem nazir ) going to work? Performance of the teacher going to be guaranteed?

As a Malaysian, i personally think that our education system is poor. Teacher don't teach well in schools but students still able to get A's in PMR and SPM. When education ministry look at our students' results and they believe teachers done their best in educating students?!

Students score is becoz they're paying extra money to get tuition out there. That's why their results maintain. Tuition provide them proper guidance, motivation and attitude forging where it should be provided in our school system for free.

Results improved, School teachers' "Performance Rating" go up, Promotion for school teachers for not teaching properly. Some of the teacher ask students to go home with them for extra tuition (Not F.O.C type, it's rare these days people do things for their passion instead they often do it for money. If you have a teacher that help you for free, please do thank her/him and appreciate, It's rare.)

Such a system, who will be willing to dedicate more effort to educating students? Teach or Don't Teach, also get pay. Guide or Don't Guide, Students also will get A's. Results guaranteed becoz students is getting substitute out there.

Students also funny one, believe what our economy system ask all of us to believe... University Degree = Status = Income. Education System invented by Government, Government rule by "rich" people.

Just one question, if one day, you have the power to amend laws or rules of the game, will you invent laws that against ur benefit?

The Rich People invented education system that keep producing employees. Make us believe that education is damn important and the only way to success. I'm not saying that education is not important, what i mean is that education is more like a basic to teach us write, read and comprehend plus communicate but not the thing that will lead you to better life just solely rely on that or stop learning after finish uni.

Many of my friends these days didn't read a single book de ... They think reading books is a torture. You see, our basic not focus and delivered. It failed in creating the reading habit and culture.

In my point of view, We together can teach our next generation to release their potential thru focus not entirely on academic performance, instead, we focus both attitude/aptitude and academic.

Teachers nowadays should be successful in one sense that they are exposed in the business world and maybe a successful business owner where him or her spare some precious time to share with our next generation about their thinking. Because i deep down i believe that you can't give what you don't have. To me, personal exposure is very important.

Erm .. Likely I will come out a evolutionary systems to fill the shortcoming of our current education system.

Sudden thought

Jian wen shared with me some network marketing seminar experience. So had some thought to be shared here after a long thought.

Networking marketing is a system which i believe can be further improve in pricing sense. It's so damn expensive when comes to its pricing. obviously priced for upper market. It's a premium product for premium market that make people believe that everyone can enjoy it. In fact it's not meant for people who do not know how to manage their wealth or spending.

I believe that current economic system is failing creating new generation of entrepreneurs these days due to lots of distractions such as insurance, network marketing and so forth that encourage young generation to work for money instead of work for a purpose in life.

Trust level in this world is at alarming and record breaking level LOW. Trust is based on Confidence, which comes from consistently provide good service to its customer. Network marketing make people to believe that it's a easy life up there, but the ugly truth is not. It's not a easy life at all, friend. It may seems easy to you, but to others, it means sacrifice man.

Hard to describe. At bottom level, you live solely for yourself, as we climb up the social ladder, our responsibility grows and freedom restricted. Really, see all the network marketer, can the leader wear shorts and slipper to meeting? or do funny things like having second wife or lots of restriction. It's not like what many network marketer claims.

You know what's sacrifice? It's a choice to make. Sacrifice is likely to happened when you do it becoz of love. Love to others. That's all i can say. That's why i'm blogging here too. It's late at night. I do have a choice. I sacrifice my sleep time, cause i love my blog readers. I want to share more. Love is all about " Undeserved Favors" Means even the recipient of love didn't do any good to you, you still will do a favor for him for no reason or no string attached. That's Love man.
It's so powerful. You know, who tought me that? He's Jesus Christ. Sorry ya. Sounds like religious sensitive, no offence. I'm a great believer in leaders both living one or dead one( although dead de, in my imagination, they're alive!)

Let's get deeper into our current social systems. Malaysia Education System since reformation failed in attracting leaders into education line. Sad to say that. 9.9 out of 10 friend mention careers other than being a teacher. Really being a teacher you must be perfect?

I don't believe that at all. What i believe is that, being a teacher, you must be a loving person. Someone who love others so much that it pushes you learn things beyond what you need in life for someone you love. Want to experience the power of love? Look at parents' love to children. Many news about parents jump pushing their children away from accident, they rather die themselves also want their children to live. It's so powerful. It empowers you to change to anything or anyone. Seriously, you want to be anyone or somebody, you must let your love come alive. Love with no reasons, it's a emotion feelings not logical thinking, there's no right and wrong. It's all about trust. At the end of the day, it fall back to the trust issue. What if he or she betray my love to them.

I can say 9.9 out 10 friend that i love didn't betray me. I Believe in them so much that they can easily trick me or fool me. So far, no many that do that. * Corection from previous Version" *

This world have its own theory, it's like the theory of gravity. Life in this society also got its rules. It's Call " What you want, you first give one. "

You want people smile at you, smile at him or her first. You want knowledge? Share it, and you'll get more. Arr huh.. got it? if haven't nvm, try this.

Go Shopping centre, find some guy, punch him in his face. see what you'll get back from him? A Punch?

Promised my dear and buddies that I will come out a better systems in helping people to grow.

School systems producing souless students these days. We will build a system that produce Emotion-Rich buddies that overcome the shortfall of today's education.

Bad Start, Great Ending

Today morning late to class cause yesterday slept @ 4am. Can't get up on time... lol ..
Memang felt sorry for my fellow buddies that always wait for me one.. Sigh..

I go class early, they say " you hang, are you sick today? feel abnormal leh"
I go class late, they say "you hang, why are you late ar?"

Woke up 8.30am cause Koh called me. Lol. Reach TTC around 9.10am (late 30mins) sorry sorry, next day by all means i just stay overnight @ ttc if i sleep late.

Had an exam with form 1 and 2 till 10.45am. Worried for their progress in revising final term exam. Time to prepare de..

Had Facebook session 1 hr b4 lunch, then prepare notes to get down to old town, baru found out that Eugene and Yun haven't sampai TTC. Eugene, Morning Day Manager and Yun, Afternoon shift Day Manager.. Just realised that i ruined their day. I look into yun's eyes and i can see she's really emo and unhappy with herself. Just feel guilty of bringing them till so late. Hope we all learn a lesson today.

"We Can Be A Great Friend, A Great Teacher, A Great Leader, A Great Day Manager, A Great Son/Daughter, A Great Parent(future), A Great Spouse and A Great Student." then we live a Great Life;) Remember to fulfill all expectations at all cost. Though energy consuming, but it's worthwhile to live a Great Life, isn't it;)

Went down to Old Town, Just give you a simple description of my Cute, friendly yet distanced form 4 buddies, i bought them ferrero rocher as a gift coz i remember of the promise i maked to them. I love them very much. Though i always got lame jokes and poor presentation due to lack of preparation, they always support me no matter what i do to them, really thank you ya ;) Beyond words, i will improve serve you better;) I promise.

How about my form 5 buddies leh ... it's kinda funny one, they got gang one, assunta , TP and la salle. As a class leader, failed in uniting us together. I love them very much. One great thing about them is they're energetic and outgoing;) Friendly too;)

Finished class @ 5pm , fetch fanny and one la salle buddy back to gasing centre. Really Serious rainfall till traffic jam for 30 mins. reached ttc, i had a facebook session again 30 mins. Then one of my form 4 buddy, jerry called centre and told us that he is stucked @ Lrt station, need a lift from there to centre. so i went lrt and pick him up.

Back to centre, rest for a while, bertolak ke Mid valley had Cjade express for dinner then watch a movie " gamer", it's a action based movie. just find that a bit meaningless. maybe mood tak sama kua.. lol.

Back to centre after the show, meet jian wen, he shared with me some experience @ Amway award ceremony he had yesterday. Which lead me to the next post.

Bakc home and on the way back had a serious phone conversation with yoke abt our future and let her know what's on my mind as she's always curious what's on my mind, coz always got different things one ... Different thing but same value. IMPERSONAL DREAM.

Quite emo for a while and thought of blogging what happened this two days.

Fun & Exciting Day

haha.. yesterday night went to genting with Qin, Yun, Eugene. hehe.. the story goes like this.
Sitting @ reading room, suddenly qin asked, "Hang, let's go genting, on?" My first instinct is "let's go".

Later I went down KL Kasturi to pick up my beloved yoke, went to ss2 get mango loh plus pay back my bank loan, don't like going such places, so one shot banked in 2 mths payment, no need to see EON Bank Logo for at least 60 days. Lol. Filled petrol and tyre air to my car with yoke. Had Mango Loh in the car and send her back.

While i driving to Highway, Before i enter highway back subang, Suddenly received a msg from qin abt the Genting Deal.. Was quite tired, but then feel qin is a bit moody, so as a friend, i just make a left turn which leads back to TTC. Reached TTC in 5 mins, call & ask him to come down, then msg yun and eugene. Got no reply. Normal. Called Yun, ask whether she want to come along or not. Eugene seems don't want to come becoz next morning he got work to do, which is Day Manager ( Morning Session ) ... Lol. Expected to be turn down. So they said next time. Then Saya dan Qin Bertolak lo... Boom Boom Boom, Down to Federal highway, suddenly yun called and say they join.

Drive back pick them up, then bertolak. On the way driving to genting , Eugene start talking standard quote about mountains. Lol. Laughing & Have Fun. On the way up genting, keep guessing which corner is the sharpest and stiffest. Lol..

Reach mountain top at 12am. Eugene Fly to toilet for big shot. After settled, we went to Mamak @ Car Park, Genting ( Thx Juanie for the bring me there last time) Had a hot milo and eugene had a fried bihun ( Hungry after big shot ) Realise that the price of the mamak is not as cheap as last time de... price increased. Was a bit embarass coz i told them is about the same price as KL or PJ. Manatau, higher price. Cis.

Later after mamak @ Carpark, went to car park roof top, enjoy the soothing breeze of cool air. Fresh and easy. Really missed that in daily life as city is felt more congested these days. Feel recharged after all;) After that went back to car and prepare for going back to KL

Turun Genting @ 1.30am and reach TTC @ 2.30am, smooth traffic and safe drive, no sudden incident, *relieved*

Went back USJ home @ 3am, walk into room and suddenly discover a patch of water, look likes urine. I know it's Kimmy's interesting creation. Went downstairs tangkap her and teach her a lesson plus ask her to sit and stay there to see i clean up so she will not do that again.

After clean up, talked to yoke abt what happened then Slept @ 4am.

Mad Day

Today 9 Sept 09 (09/09/09) is a special day that i found out what i've done in the past few months was confused and contradictary.

I love my gf, friends and fellow buddies. I love and enjoy seeing everyone successful in their life in their own means. Sometimes i wonder why human says they want to be someone or somebody yet what they do is totally opposite of what they say they would do. Later ended up in a life which not what they've imagined.

I'm totally confused today. I had a friend calling up asking for personal guidance in accounting, he's telling me that how good and great my teaching is and so forth. I feel good when i hear his praise ( of coz everyone feel great, don't you? ) He's having his exam on next thursday and he want the class so badly and actually offer me high-pay for the guidance job. I didn't take it. Cause i feel that i've quite a number of unfulfilled commitment. My energy and time very limited.

I'm forcing myself to be more discipline and routine each day and on my plan to restructure company systems and people in order to achieve greater results and achieve TTC vision which is to educate everyone to a brighter future.

As I think, i found out that why am i so worried about other people while other people don't even feel the urgency of do the necessary steps to success.

Tonight, I did realise i make a mistake.
The mistake is I keep telling myself that one fine day they will wake up and achieve success. Sooner or later, i found out i'm the only who daydreaming that people will wake up on their own without me doing anything. No they won't. No inspiration, No urge and No shocking wave, they just won't wake up.

So i decided now that i'll wake everyone up as i'm leader and i'm called upon to do the task of leadership. I can't stand aside and just see everyone missing their target and end up in nightmare, wondering why they ended up there.

I don't want to complain or say it out only after those nightmare happens. I want everyone to know that "It's Time". Let's do it together. No say we are stupid or mentally retard. As i always believe We are not stupid, We are just lazy.

Laziness is a habit that can be cure. We must know our purpose on earth is to improve mankind and create healthy environment for our next generation.

Everyone can be a leader, leader is sacrificial. Leaders choose to sacrifice only based on one SOLID reason, they love their followers/people. It's hard to explain the sacrifice in terms of time, energy, effort and freedom. Yes, the cost of being a leader is great, the return from it also tremendous. The return is feeling of Joy in looking others growing up. It's just like daddy looking at their growing child. Day by day, growing up, the joy is non-buyable in any sense. It can be created in leadership.

I love my buddies in class. I believe in them. They're stronger than me. Some of them even destined to reign. I believe in them. I never never look down or humiliate them when they're down cause i've seen them soar like eagles. Life is with up and down. When you're up, i'll be there to celebrate with you. When you're down, i'll always be there to encourage and give you a helping hand + cheer u up.

I believe everyone also can be successful, it's always about consistency in doing things. Life is like marathon. It's long and it require persistence in order to success.

Tired. Sleep. It's time.
