Confused..... Working for money? How to help them?

I love my people, family members and friends.

I'm confused. Deeply confused. In business, is it always have to be realistic and calculative? Your people is not your business, they are only care for what is important for them. Eventhough i help them by providing them fish. When i want to teach them how to fish, i find that they are quite closed up and believe what they believe to be true.

How? If they continue to think only for themselves, slowly they will be leaving the business and into a "Making for a living" world. How? How can I stop them for doing that. It's both lost lost situation. Staying back in the business doesn't mean they will be successful. We just need to perform at our utmost peak so that the business will take off.

When business got better, your pay and others will relatively increased.

My thought for today is that, if all people think for themselves. Keeping things to themselves, the world will turned really dark and sour.

If people keep things for others, most likely people will take things for granted. Things also will turn sour. LOL.

Sigh. The balance is hard to achieve. I will do my very best in balancing. Think before i act and speak is the best way of making better decisions as things turning big and the stake is involving more people. Cannot say change then change. Must think as for the impact.

Yes, timing of the decision also is crucial. So, i will think within a timeframe of 10 mins for any decision. Longer it takes, human will have intention to procrastinate.

New idea emerges, not every idea can be materialize.

Confused deeply. Is there any more chances for employment? employment = Selfishness??
